ART AND REQUIREMENTS
PDF files are to be set for “Press Quality” or “High Quality Print” with all fonts embedded or converted to outlines. The acceptable file formats include .ai, .ps, .eps, .psd, .tiff, and .pdf. All images should be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi at actual print size. Packaged files including the fonts and images from InDesign®. Quark™ may also be accepted.
Hourly charge of $75.00 NET for any art that does not meet with our requirements or needs to be reworked.
All fonts should be converted to outlines, embedded, or submitted with the artwork. Fonts that are not converted to outlines, embedded, or submitted with the art will be replaced with fonts from our in-stock library.
If file alteration is necessary, all fonts must be submitted with the artwork.
Foil Hot stamping or *embossing (*on certain products only)
File Formats: Vector art created in Adobe® Illustrator® (.ai, .pdf, .eps) is preferred. All elements of the artwork should be solid black. Raster (.psd, .tiff ) artwork may be accepted with a resolution of at least 900–1200 dpi at actual stamping size and must be solid black.

ORDERING POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS• Confirmation of receipt for your order will be sent within 24 hours.
• We are not responsible for orders not received.
All order cancellation requests must be made in writing. Orders will be subject to all costs incurred to date.
Confirming Orders: All correspondence to the factory confirming orders must be clearly marked as “Confirmation.”
The factory will not be responsible for duplication of orders.
Complaints: Must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment.
Change of copy or logo: Add $53.75 (G) per change. Stamping dies are additional at $93.75 (G) per copy.
Blueline assumes that all artwork submitted for imprint reproduction, to produce an order, is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademark, etc.
Note: By placing an order the purchasers agree not to hold Blueline liable for any damages, cost and/or expenses arising under these laws as a result of Blueline use of said artwork.
As a result of variances in materials and other circumstances beyond our control, Blueline cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods from lot to lot.
Note: Blueline is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or customs interventions.
Hot Foil stamping: Gold, silver, red, blue, black, white, orange and green (some other colors available upon request).
Fonts: 12 point sans serif works best for imprinting
Imprint Position: Please specify exact position, otherwise the standard position (front cover bottom center)
will be used.
Set Up Charge: $93.75 (G) on all new artwork for 9 square inch imprint (includes die & proof). Set up will be more for over sized dies.
Additional Stamping Location: Second die charge plus $2.50 (G) running charge per unit.

A minimum order of 50 units is required. Lesser quantities available on certain items.
All changes to order must be made in writing.

No phone orders will be accepted.
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS
While we strive to ship the exact quantity ordered, ALL orders are subject to 5% overrun or underrun, orders will be billed accordingly. For full custom products, a 10% over or under quantity ordered will constitute completion of order.

All catalogue pricing is in Canadian currency.
All prices are suggested retail only and are subject to change without notice. Pricing includes a one-colour foil hot stamp (setup additional). Distributor is under no obligation to sell at these prices. Invoiced prices will be those in effect at the time of order entry and not those in effect at time of delivery. Combined quantity pricing is only available on like sized products for the same customer. All taxes and freight are extra.
PRODUCT ART TEMPLATES

Stock catalogue products with line copy and/or company logo will be shipped within 10 to 15 working days from receipt of approved artwork. Customized products require 8 to 12 weeks for delivery, from receipt of final approved copy.
All proof requests must be noted on the purchase order. There is no charge for the first proof. The charge for multiple proofs of customer changes is $23.40 (G) each. Unless noted otherwise on purchase order, electronic proofs will be emailed.
• Paper proofs will be faxed upon request.
• An order will be placed on hold until the written approval of the proof has been received at factory. Credit will not be issued on art errors after the factory has received final approval.
• Hot stamped items: $60.00 (G). Dies are additional. Any revisions on pre-production samples will incur any additional die or art charges as well as a new sample charge.
RETURN OF GOODS
Any returned product must have a return authorization number (RMA), obtained in writing, prior to returning merchandise for any reason, and written on the outside of returned boxes. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned by our Receiving Department.
Random Samples: Random samples available at shipping cost. All samples are shipped via third party billing. A shipping account number must be provided when placing the sample request.
Spec Samples: Hot stamped items $60.00 (G). Dies are additional. Any revisions on proofs will be charged new proof charges, which will include any additional die or art charges.
Virtual Samples: No charge
FOB: Montreal - all shipments are prepaid and charged on invoice. Insurance charges are extra. No PO Box deliveries.
Not available. Orders may be charged to a major credit card at time of shipping.
First one is free. Additional – drop ship charge of $13.50(G) per address.

Third Party Freight Billing: Insurance must be handled by consignee, if any 3rd party charges are charged back to Blueline, these charges and any associated fees will be billed separately to your account.
Net 30 days, Visa and MasterCard. A 50% pre-production deposit is required on all orders exceeding $2,500.
